If you are a nature lover, we remind you that this weekend, with free and free entry, is celebrated in the Paseo del Prado in Madrid, the third edition of MADbird, the first Nature Observation Fair.
One of the objectives of this fair is to show the great wealth of natural spaces that exist in Spain and that make our country a paradise for observing nature in general and birds in particular.

Within Europe we are the country that has more species in birds, mammals and reptiles and the third in amphibians and fish. We have species of flora and fauna between 55.000 and 60.000, when in the rest of Europe there is only 12.000.
In addition to the 226 habitats recognized as of high interest by the EU, more than half are in Spanish territory.
Our geographical situation, the varied climates we have, the great mountainous reliefs and the diversity of our islands make our country a natural jewel, worthy of being observed by nature lovers.
